There are 3 types of classes that meet all levels of ability and fitness goals.
Bootcamp classes are 1 hour long and HKD 200 per class (currently HKD 150 on Zoom).
All classes take place in Sun Yat Sen Park, Sheung Wan.
However, classes are currently on Zoom due to COVID restrictions.
I welcome all ladies of all ages and fitness levels - there's something for everyone!

High intensity, high impact. Sweat bootcamps combine resistance training, body weight exercises and running to put your overall fitness to the test. A great opportunity to challenge yourself, but believe me the feeling of achievement and the endorphin rush is so worth it!SIGN ME UP!
Start off slow and controlled by developing strength, power and skills with full body movements using dumbbells, medicine balls and resistance bands. Finish it off by going hard and fast! Spike your heart rate with a full body, high intensity, low impact burner!SIGN ME UP!
Lift, strive for progression, focus on form and technique. Shape bootcamps combine compound movements using major muscle groups with isolation exercises to help promote lean muscle and overall strength whilst having a blast!SIGN ME UP!
